Essential Requirements: Pro Active, self-sufficient experienced senior housekeeper with previous experience in large private residence. Driver with fluent Spanish and good English essential. Team player with experience supervising other staff. Child and dog friendly.
Experienced, flexible hands on housekeeper required for large family weekend home in South of Spain. The family of 5 includes 3 school age children (13, 10 & 8yrs). You will need to have a genuine love of children, have a fun and caring personality as you will interact with the children throughout the working day. The family also have a small dog.
The housekeeper will be responsible for the day to day housekeeping function, including “hands on” daily housekeeping duties, cleaning, laundry, ironing and ensuring that all pieces of household equipment are in working order. You will work alongside 2 cleaners, supervising and monitoring but also actively involved in the daily housekeeping function. Ideally you will have family level cooking skills and be flexible to adapt to the family needs when required.
You will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the household, ordering and restocking provisions and have excellent attention to detail.
This is a permanent long-term position.
Salary circa 40,000 Euros per annum. In house accom can be provided if required, if you choose to live out, there will be occasions when the family are in residence that you may be asked to stay overnight. 2 days off per week. DRIVER and SPANISH speaker essential to the role. (HU4026)
