An exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a family office based in Europe and then the US with extensive travel.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience in a similar capacity (5+ years).

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

  • Familiarity with office software, especially the Google suite (proficiency in Google Calendar is essential).

  • Openness to relocation to Europe initially, with potential further relocation to the USA within 6 months.

  • Ability to undertake international travel.

  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks meticulously.

  • Flexibility to work additional hours when required.

  • Demonstrated loyalty to company founder and their family.

  • Possession of valid Schengen and/or US visas advantageous.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and lifestyle support to the company founder and their family.

  • Managing the founder's complex schedule, including meetings and calls across various time zones.

  • Arranging business and personal travel for the founder, family, and staff (including visas, transportation, accommodation, dining, business events, and entertainment).

  • Maintaining accurate records of personal documents (e.g., passports, insurance policies, vehicle and property certificates) and ensuring timely renewals.

  • Supervising the upkeep and renovations of family properties, and overseeing household staff (e.g., housekeepers, chefs, childcare providers, gardeners, drivers, security personnel) and external service providers.

WHAT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE CAN EXPECT

  • Relocation support to the EU initially, followed by relocation to the USA within 6 months (including accommodation and visa assistance).
