DAILY PROPERTY MANAGER

LONDON WITH TRAVEL TO EUROPE

Essential Requirements: Previous experience working as a property manager, valid drivers licence, good computer skills, willing to travel. Spanish speaker would be a bonus.

We require a hands-on property manager for a private UHNW family to manage and oversee three properties.  One property is based in London and the other two properties are based in Spain and France.

This will be a multi-faceted role that will require the candidate to have a strong background in maintenance as well as property management.   

Candidates will be responsible for overseeing and managing all three properties to the highest standards; ensuring they are always kept in immaculate condition and ready for the principals’ arrival.

Duties will include

·       To actively play a hands-on role carrying out maintenance repairs and minor projects on all three properties

·       Planning and overseeing building work/projects

·       To prepare schedules of work, contract documentation, obtain quotations and manage work carried out by outside contractors

·       To supervise and support work of tradesmen and other maintenance staff

·       Schedule appointments with plumbers, electricians, HVAC etc

·       Overseeing security

·       Dealing with technical issues

·       Budget management

·       Good computer skills

Candidates must have the ability to work individually as well as part of a team, with good project management skills.  Good knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques, along with a solid understanding of technical systems and “smart homes”.     

You should have strong communication and computer skills, be a self-starter and have the ability to prioritise tasks.  You should be knowledgeable and have up to date knowledge of health and safety requirements as well.    

This is a fulltime position, working 5 days per week with flexibility.   Working hours to be confirmed.  Live out role.  Valid Driver’s Licence Negotiable salary based on experience. (HU4253)
