Long-term Hutchinsons clients are seeking an experienced and dedicated Butler/House & Yacht Manager to be based at their property in Beirut. This role requires exceptional service skills, a keen eye for detail, and a warm, child-friendly demeanour. You will be required to oversee the management of a recently acquired 29,000 Sq M property with small gardens and grounds, and eventually take on the management of the fully crewed 37m Benetti motor yacht, and a 4-bedroom apartment in Monaco.

Duties will include:

• House Management: Oversee and recruit team of staff for the residence in Beirut and Monaco, ensuring top-tier service and operational efficiency.

• Yacht Management: Oversee the management of the 37m Benetti motor yacht based in Monaco, ensuring it is maintained and operated to the highest standards.

• Provide F&B service to the principal and guests.

• Manage all front of house responsibilities.

• Wardrobe Management: including packing and unpacking.

• Administrative duties: including diary management, budgeting, expense reconciliation, staff scheduling, etc.

It is essential that you have previous experience working in a similar role with strong organisational and managerial skills, along with the ability to manage a diverse team of staff.
