Essential Requirements: Previous 5* hotel Butler experience, proactive, excellent communication skills, immaculately presented, English Speaker. 

Our client is seeking an experienced Butler for a luxury Hotel based in Jeddah. You will be responsible for butler service for VIP clients according to the service rules, policies and procedures. 

Duties include: 

·       Ensure personalized service is offered to guests during their stay including guest requests.

·       Maintain a high level of communication and feedback within the department

·       Abide with all policies and procedures as per Policy Manual

·       Assist with luggage delivery and collection

·       Carries out general cleaning and checking for equipment in Butler Pantry, coordinate maintenance work.

·       Report guest complaints, requests and inquiries to Butler Service Manager or Butler Supervisor

·       Participate in the orientation, meeting, and training process of all colleagues assigned to Butler Service

·       Possess working knowledge of the hotel Property Management System

·       Bears full understanding and knowledge of all in room/suite services, technology, amenities, functions and systems

·       Attend daily shift briefings and liaise with Butler team

·       Ensure all procedures and responsibilities relating to the Greeting/Arrival procedures are adhered to

·       Excellent knowledge about LQA and Forbes standards

·       Refresh the suites and coordinate daily housekeeping service and evening service

·       Reports any room/suite maintenance requirement according to standard procedures.

·       Ensure the guest supplies are replenished and displayed as per standard

·       Provides personalized guest service (Luggage packing and unpacking, shoe polishing, laundry collecting and delivery…)

·       Coordinate In-Room Dining, guest entertainment, activities, making reservations, and using Concierge as and when required

·       Facilitate guest departure, coordinating between Reception and guest

·       Has up to date knowledge and has ability to assist with all common in room IT needs

·       Assist in training of Housekeeping and F&B staff in the special needs of suite guests

·       Perform other additional duties and special projects at the direction of Butler Service Manager 

We seek a candidate who has excellent communication skills, is a team player with formal Butler training.  Candidates must be flexible to meet the challenges of a changing work environment with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Property Management System. Previous luxury 5* experience is essential. Immediate start. Accommodation allowance provided; negotiable salary based on experience. (HU4268)
