Essential Requirements: Previous experience specialising in Chinese Cuisine. Good communication and organisational skills. Driver.

 An experienced and professional Cook of Chinese Cuisine is required for a company based in Carnarvon in the Northern Cape. Candidates must have previous cooking experience. You should be a self-starter with a wide and full repertoire of Traditional Mainland Chinese cuisine for an international workforce.

Duties will include: 

•            Cooking for the staff ranging from 15-30 people

•            Preparing Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

•            Dealing with all kitchen equipment

•            Provisioning, fresh food purchasing, stock control

•            Organizing menus for the staff

•            Working well with the full team of staff.

•            Be responsible for and accountable for the overall food costs, kitchen supplies, kitchen energy costs and kitchen utensils i.e. working to a budget.

Accommodation will be provided. You will be working Monday – Friday and half day on Saturday with flexibility. Salary negotiable depending on experience. Start ASAP. (HU4186)
