Essential Requirements: Professional and experienced housekeeping background. Minimum of 10 yrs private house experience showing longevity in previous positions. Experience in high end fabric care, wardrobe management and excellent laundry skills. Team player.

We are looking for a highly professional and experienced housekeeper for a family of five living in Holland Park. This is a position for a housekeeper who takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail. Setting themselves high standards of cleaning

This is a fully staffed household which includes, two other housekeepers, driver and a cook.

It is essential that you have a minimum of 10years’ experience working in a private household. You must show longevity in previous positions.  This is a 5 storey property with many stairs.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

·       Daily housekeeping duties to include dusting, polishing and hoovering

·       Polishing silver and antiques

·       Changing and making beds

·       Laundry – to include handwashing, care of delicate fabrics, ironing and pressing.

·       Flower arranging

·       Running errands

You must have strong laundry skills and be very knowledgeable in the care of delicate fabrics. You will also be responsible for wardrobe management. You should also be confident which products are best for different surfaces. For example, wood, marble, stone, glass etc….

This is a position that offers longevity. The current housekeeper is retiring having been with the family for 12 years

Salary between £50-60,000 Gross depending on previous experience. ASAP Start (HU4236)
